Writing Project Evaluations
for Classical Writing Students

Writing Project assignments listed in the Student Guides of Homer, Aesop & Homer for Older Beginners, Diogenes Maxim, Diogenes Chreia, Herodotus, and Plutarch will be evaluated by an experienced Classical Writing tutor. Aesop & Homer Accelerated and Maxim & Chreia Accelerated subscribers may also purchase writing project evaluations for the assignments listed in the included Student Guides. 

Each evaluation will include assessment of how well the student fulfilled the assignment, identification of grammatical and word usage errors, suggestions for stylistic improvement, and if requested, a letter grade. Turnaround time for writing projects is usually one week, but may take up to two or even three weeks during very busy times (i.e. end of semester).

Evaluations are only available for the writing projects assigned in the Student Guides of the Classical Writing texts listed above. If you purchase a package for your student, all evaluations must be submitted within one year of purchase. No refunds will be given for unused packages.

Once you place your order below and check out on Paypal, you will be returned to a page which will give you instructions for submitting your writing projects. In order to give you the most accurate evaluation and to ensure a timely turn-around, please follow the instructions carefully. Incorrectly submitted writing projects will be returned for resubmission. You will also receive an email, usually within 24 hours, with the same instructions for your reference.

Writing Project Evaluations for Recorded Tutorial Subscribers

If you are currently subscribed to one of Classical Writing Tutorials' recorded webinars, you are entitled to discounted pricing for Writing Project Evaluations. All submissions for evaluation must be made within one month of the final date of the subscription period. For these type of evaluations to be most effective and helpful, the student should submit assigned writing projects as he or she proceeds through the course so that feedback can be incorporated into the student's subsequent work.
